Laying down in the gym, catching my breath after a brutal #fullbody workout from #kaylaitsines #bbgweek1! It took me a while to get into the groove, having finished the first two workouts over a week ago. It’s been soooo hard to wake up lately (absolutely exhausted) but I’m super happy I made myself get out of bed early today!!

Nutrition was soooo off today that I decided to end the day with a giant #salad from #cedele instead of continuing to eat crap tonight and ‘restart’ tomorrow. #liss done with tons of walking. #wholebody workout tomorrow. Excited and nervous!

My quads are on fire. Fire. I’ve been semi-limping all day thanks to yesterday’s amazing #legsandcardio workout. I wanted to run for #liss today, but physically couldn’t do it Soni just walked a lot instead. It’s what #kaylaitsines recommends anyway, so 😉👍
Looking forward to #armsandabs tomorrow. I can only expect it to be as incredible as yesterday’s!!!
Maybe in a week or so when I’m less sore, I can start squeezing in a #longslowrun every now and then.

Couldn’t sleep all night so decided to take advantage of that fact and push myself to the gym for an early session at 7am after quite a long break.
Thought workout1 #legsandcardio of @Kayla_Itsines’ #bbg would be a cakewalk for someone of my fitness level (#halfmarathoner, can squat my own bw etc etc) but as you can see, I’m slumped over in the gym, literally forcing myself not to collapse despite taking long-ish breaks between circuits!! I underestimated you, lady… #BRINGITON!
No wonder people get such fabulous results! Pictures and measurements have been recorded, I cannot wait to see my own transformation 💪😃
It’s been WAY too long since I lost any weight (I’ve been maintaining, and haven’t gained any, thank God, since July) and even my last proper workout (almost 5 weeks) because of utter mental and physical exhaustion. Now with three months to go for the year to end, I should start training to enter 2015 with a banging new body!!

Sudden intense hunger pangs!! It would have been easy to dig my hand into a box of fried snacks but thankfully sense prevailed :) #edamcheese and #chickenham rolled up in a lettuce leaf… Less than #100calories and absolutely #delicious!
